1. Admission Policy All guests must present a valid ticket or proof of purchase for entry. Tickets may only be purchased through authorized ticketing platforms. HBCU Presents reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual for any lawful reason including, but not limited to: • Safety concerns • Disorderly conduct • Intoxication • Violation of venue rules • Failure to meet age requirements Admission decisions made by event staff or venue security are final. ⸻ 2. Age Requirements Some events hosted by HBCU Presents may have age restrictions such as 18+ or 21+. All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry when required. Failure to provide proper identification may result in denied entry without refund. ⸻ 3. Security & Safety All attendees are subject to security screening, including bag checks and personal screening if required by venue security or event staff. Prohibited items may include but are not limited to: • Weapons of any kind • Illegal substances • Outside alcohol or beverages • Dangerous or disruptive items Any prohibited items discovered may be confiscated, and the individual may be denied entry or removed from the event without refund. ⸻ 4. Code of Conduct Attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly during all HBCU Presents events. The following behaviors may result in immediate removal without refund: • Fighting or physical altercations • Harassment of staff, performers, or guests • Illegal activity • Property damage • Disruptive or unsafe conduct HBCU Presents reserves the right to remove any individual from the event premises if their conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive. ⸻ 5. Photography & Media Release By attending an event hosted by HBCU Presents, you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, or appearance to be captured in photographs, videos, or promotional materials. Such media may be used by HBCU Presents for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes without compensation or additional approval. ⸻ 6. Liability Disclaimer By attending an event hosted by HBCU Presents, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a live event, including but not limited to: • Personal injury • Property damage • Lost or stolen personal items HBCU Presents, its affiliates, staff, venues, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event except where required by applicable law. ⸻ 7. Event Modifications HBCU Presents reserves the right to modify event details, including but not limited to: • Event start or end times • Event venue • Event programming • Artist or performer lineup Such changes may occur without prior notice. ⸻ 8. Compliance With Laws All attendees must comply with local, state, and federal laws, as well as venue policies and event staff instructions. Violation of applicable laws may result in removal from the event and potential legal consequences. ⸻ 9. Agreement to Terms By purchasing a ticket or attending any event hosted by HBCU Presents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these General Terms & Conditions. Failure to follow these terms may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.

All ticket purchases for events hosted or produced by HBCU Presents are FINAL. By purchasing a ticket through Linkstub or any authorized ticketing platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. No Refunds or Exchanges All tickets sold for HBCU Presents events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: • Personal scheduling conflicts • Illness or medical emergencies • Travel issues or transportation delays • Inclement weather • Changes in personal plans • Failure to attend the event All ticket sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

Events hosted or organized by HBCU Presents may have specific age restrictions depending on the nature of the event and venue policies. Unless otherwise stated, admission to HBCU Presents events is restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. For events designated as 18+, attendees must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to enter the event venue. For events designated as 21+, attendees must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to enter. At events where alcohol is available, only individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older will be permitted to consume alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies. All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo identification upon request for age verification. Acceptable forms of identification include: • Driver’s License • State Identification Card • Passport • Military Identification Failure to provide valid identification verifying age may result in denied entry without refund. ⸻ All Ages Events Certain events hosted by HBCU Presents may be designated as All Ages events. For these events, attendees under the age of sixteen (16) must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult at all times while on event premises. HBCU Presents reserves the right to deny entry to minors who are not properly accompanied by an adult. ⸻ Enforcement All age restrictions are strictly enforced to comply with venue policies, safety guidelines, and applicable laws. By purchasing a ticket or attempting to enter an event hosted by HBCU Presents, attendees acknowledge and agree to comply with these Age Requirement Policies. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.
