Accessibility Statement
MMJI CHILLZ, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operating as Linkstub ("Linkstub", "we", "us", or "our"), wants its website and services to be usable by people with disabilities, and we are working to improve the experience for everyone who uses Linkstub.
This statement applies to the Linkstub website and the other websites and domains that Linkstub operates and that link to this statement, including the pages where you discover events, buy tickets or register, and manage your account and tickets.
Our goal
We want everyone to be able to find and attend events through Linkstub, regardless of the technology they use or their abilities. We aim to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Conformance status
WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our target. We are still reviewing our pages and features against these guidelines, and some parts of the website may not yet fully conform. This statement describes our goal and the work we have done so far; it is not a certification of conformance.
Accessibility features
Features we have worked on include:
- Keyboard navigation: interactive controls are designed to be reached and operated with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators
- Structure: pages are built with headings, landmarks, and labels designed to help assistive technologies
- Text alternatives: we work to provide text alternatives for meaningful images that we provide
- Responsive design: pages are designed to adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels
- Light and dark themes: you can switch between light and dark display themes to suit your visual preferences
- Accessibility menu: an accessibility menu with display options may be available on some pages
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of Linkstub may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are aware of include:
- Event descriptions, images, and other event details are provided by event organizers, and some may not include text descriptions or other accessibility information
- Some components are provided by third parties, such as payment forms, security checks, and embedded maps or media, and these may have accessibility limitations outside our control
- Some steps may have time limits, such as the time allowed to complete a checkout; if a time limit is a barrier for you, contact us
If you encounter an accessibility issue, we would like to know so we can look into it.
Event and venue accessibility
This statement covers the Linkstub website and services. It does not cover the physical accessibility of events or venues, which are run by event organizers and venue operators. Event pages may not include information about step-free access, seating, restrooms, or other physical features. For that information, contact the event organizer; we can try to help you reach them.
Compatibility
Linkstub is designed to work with current versions of widely used web browsers and with the accessibility settings built into common operating systems. Some features may not work as intended in older or unsupported browsers.
Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Linkstub. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have a question, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us:
- Email: support@linkstub.com
To help us look into the issue, please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and any assistive technology you were using. If an accessibility barrier prevents you from completing a purchase or registration, let us know and we will try to help you complete it another way.
Some issues, especially those involving organizer-provided content or third-party components, may take longer to resolve.
Updates
We may update this statement from time to time.
