We eagerly look forward to welcoming you aboard the Atlantic Star! To ensure a smooth start to our festivities, please carefully read the following important travel updates and reminders.
Mandatory Checkpoint for All Guests: Due to road closures associated with the holiday celebrations, please note that the only way to arrive at Pier 78 is via the NYPD checkpoint located at W 41st St & 11th Ave. It is essential that you present your cruise ticket at this checkpoint. Only after being cleared here will you be able to proceed to Pier 78 at 455 12th Ave (12 Ave between 38th and 39th)
Road Closures and Directions: Please be aware that Westside Highway will be closed to vehicle traffic from 1 PM on the day of the event. Plan your route to first arrive at the checkpoint mentioned above.
Boarding Information: Boarding will occur from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We urge you to plan to arrive well in advance, as the boat will depart promptly at 7:00 PM. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and the boat will leave without you if you are not on board by the departure time.
Planning Your Arrival: Given the road closures and required checkpoint, we strongly recommend allowing extra travel time and considering various commute options. Whether you are using public transit, taxis, or rideshares, ensure you account for these details to arrive at the checkpoint between the designated boarding times.

In order to consume alcohol, guests MUST be age 21 and up and present a valid form of government-issued photo ID!
The buffet is not intended to be a full dining experience -- If you wish to have a complete dinner, it is recommended that you do so before attending this event.
All sales are final. All items are non-refundable under any circumstances.

No Refunds, All Sales Final: Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, extended waits in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies including COVID-19 results, employment issues including layoffs, traffic, parking, public or private transportation issues, etc. If you purchased for the incorrect date, location, event, etc, we are not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange or transfer. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any ticket-holder, without a refund, for any reason, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with the rules of the venue, incorrect attire, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security, and other restrictions. You are aware that Talent is subject to change without notice, which is not grounds for a refund. You are aware that amenities promised are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund. Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event is not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: music, DJ(s), decorations or lack thereof, party favors or lack thereof, beverages or lack thereof, alcohol selection, bar staff, food availability and selection, fellow patrons/attendees, venue staff, event staff, security, performances, ambiance, amenities, venue, check-in process, seating or lack of seating, wait in lines, emergency closures of event, delayed commencing of events, early ending of events, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All items are non-refundable, all sales are final. If you cannot make it to the event for any reason the ticket will not be refunded. If the event will be cancelled you will receive back 100% of the ticket purchase value.
TRANSFER POLICY
Tickets can be transferred as long as the event organizer confirms it in writing.
PHOTO RELEASE:
When you attend this event you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, social media or other promotional outlets.
MARKETING:
By singing up to this event you accept receiving future events invitations from us.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By purchasing the tickets through LINKSTUB.COM, you hereby release and forever discharge us from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the event, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on our part. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on our part of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
INDEMNITY:
By Purchasing tickets for this event, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or by reason of complying with this Indemnity Clause. You hereby release, remise, and forever discharge us from all manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, judgments, executions, claims, demands whatsoever, known or unknown, in law or equity, which you have ever had, now have, may have, or claim against us.
