GENERAL TERMS:
All items are non-refundable, all sales are final. If you cannot make it to the event for any reason the ticket will not be refunded. All guests must arrive with 21+ valid ID in order to enter the event. Tickets holders must arrive before 9pm. After 9pm entry is not guaranteed.
REFUND POLICY:
No Refunds, All Sales Final: All sales final. No refunds. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: weather, travel issues, illness (including COVID), or dissatisfaction with event elements (e.g. music, DJ, venue, etc). Entry may be denied for disorderly behavior, dress code violations, or ID issues.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All items are non-refundable, all sales are final. If you cannot make it to the event for any reason the ticket will not be refunded. If the event will be cancelled you will receive back 100% of the ticket purchase value.
TRANSFER POLICY
Tickets can be transferred as long as the event organizer confirms it in writing.
