CHS Homecoming After Party

PARENTS AND GUARDIANS : Please read these Terms in full before approving your child's attendance. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, the attendee and, if the attendee is under 18, their parent or legal guardian agree to be bound by the following:

1. Admission Admission is restricted to approved ticket holders. A valid ticket and photo identification must be presented on request. Event management and security have sole discretion to deny entry to, or remove, any attendee who violates these Terms or poses a safety concern.

2. No Alcohol or Drugs This is a strictly drug- and alcohol-free event. Alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, controlled substances not lawfully possessed, vaping products, and drug paraphernalia are prohibited on the premises. Anyone who arrives intoxicated or is found possessing, using, distributing, or attempting to bring prohibited substances into the event will be denied entry or removed without refund. A parent/guardian will be contacted, and law enforcement may be notified.

3. Weapons & Prohibited Items Weapons, firearms, knives, fireworks, and any other dangerous items are strictly prohibited. All bags and personal belongings are subject to security screening as a condition of entry. Refusal to submit to screening will result in denial of entry.

4. Conduct Attendees must comply immediately with all instructions from event staff and security. Fighting, threats, harassment, vandalism, unsafe behavior, unauthorized entry into restricted areas, or any other disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal without refund. Attendees, and the parents or guardians of attendees under 18, are liable for any damage the attendee causes.

5. Tickets & Refunds Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the event and attendee for which they were issued. All ticket sales are final; refunds are issued only if the organizer cancels the event. Attendees removed or denied entry for violating these Terms forfeit their ticket and are not entitled to any refund.

6. Personal Property Attendees are solely responsible for their phones, wallets, clothing, bags, and other personal property. Event organizers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

7. Assumption of Risk and Release The attendee and their parent or guardian acknowledge that participation in a crowded social event involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, contact with other attendees, loud music, lighting effects, and other risks normally associated with an event of this nature. They knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release the organizers, hosts, and their staff from claims arising from them. Nothing in these Terms waives liability that cannot legally be waived under California law.

8. Medical Emergencies If an attendee requires emergency medical assistance, event staff are authorized to contact emergency services and, for attendees under 18, the attendee's parent or legal guardian. All resulting medical expenses are the sole responsibility of the attendee and/or their parent or guardian, as permitted by law.

9. Photography & Video Photography and video will occur during the event. By attending, attendees and their parents or guardians consent to the attendee appearing in event photography or video used to document or promote the event, without compensation, subject to applicable law.

10. Transportation Event organizers do not provide transportation to or from the event. Attendees and their parents or guardians are solely responsible for arranging safe transportation and prompt pickup at the end of the event.

11. Event Changes Event management reserves the right to change event hours, security procedures, entertainment, or other operational details at any time when necessary for safety or event operations.

By purchasing a ticket, checking the acceptance box, or attending the event, the attendee — and, for attendees under 18, their parent or legal guardian — confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
