The Highwater Rooftop bar opened recently at Hotel Indigo’s new Wall Street location (120 Water Street), which is an elevator trip away from stellar snapshots of Lower Manhattan’s historic buildings and an enticing menu of cocktails and small bites.

The highlight of the drink menu pairs well: a smoked mai tai, which features white rum, combie, lime, coconut and cinnamon bark syrup, topped with dark rum and angostura. The menu features noshes to enjoy with your cocktail, such as oysters, shrimp cocktails, seared blue tuna and beef sliders.
