Entry to the venue is subject to our conditions of entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove you from the premises.
Intoxication Clause: By purchasing this ticket, you agree not to be under the influence of any intoxicant during the event. This includes but is not limited to alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, MDMA, methamphetamine, heroin, LSD, psilocybin, synthetic cannabinoids, ketamine, inhalants, GHB, synthetic cathinones, benzodiazepines, PCP, barbiturates, opioids, prescription medications not legally prescribed to you, or any substance that impairs your judgment, coordination, or ability to safely participate in the event. Violating this policy may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund.
We are NOT responsible for any consequences you face as a result of breaking this policy.
Assumption of Responsibility: You understand and accept that your actions and behavior during the event are solely your responsibility.
Release of Liability: You release and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, and affiliated individuals or entities from any liability for damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of your actions or behavior before, during, or after the event.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and affiliated individuals or entities against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your actions or behavior during the event.
Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies while attending the event.
Consequences of Misconduct: The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose actions or behavior are deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others. This will be without refund or compensation.
Acknowledgment of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in the event may involve certain inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all such risks and dangers.
No Endorsement: The views and opinions expressed by performers, speakers, or attendees at the event are not necessarily endorsed by the event organizers, and the event organizers shall not be held responsible for any such views or opinions.
We prioritize the safety and well-being of all attendees, and your cooperation in adhering to these policies is greatly appreciated.
