EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER, TICKET POLICY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR ENTERING THIS EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. ALL SALES FINAL – STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Once a ticket has been purchased, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, late arrival, denied entry due to violations of event policies, or removal from the event.

THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF THE EVENT IS OFFICIALLY CANCELED BY THE EVENT ORGANIZERS, in which case ticket purchasers will be eligible for a refund.

This policy is subject to any refund rights required by applicable law.

2. STRICT NO DRUGS, ALCOHOL OR WEAPONS POLICY

The possession, use, consumption, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, firearms, knives, or any other dangerous weapons is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at this event.

Any attendee found violating these policies may be immediately removed from the premises without a refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated, impaired, violent, or otherwise presents a safety concern, subject to applicable law.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you voluntarily acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with attending a nightclub, party, or entertainment event.

These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Physical injuries, accidents, slips, trips, or falls.

• Illness, sickness, or exposure to contagious diseases.

• Crowd-related incidents or accidental physical contact.

• Altercations or misconduct involving other attendees.

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Other unforeseen incidents associated with attendance.

You voluntarily accept these inherent risks and agree to exercise reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, attendees agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, promoters, hosts, venue owners, employees, staff, security personnel, contractors, and affiliated parties from claims, injuries, illnesses, accidents, property loss, or damages arising from the ordinary inherent risks of attending this event.

This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in this agreement guarantees that event organizers or venue owners are free from legal responsibility.

5. VENUE DAMAGE & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

ANY ATTENDEE WHO DAMAGES THE VENUE, EVENT SPACE, OR ANY PROPERTY WITHIN THE PREMISES WILL BE HELD FINANCIALLY AND LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Broken or damaged furniture, tables, chairs, or decorations.

• Damage to walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, or bathrooms.

• Damage to speakers, DJ equipment, lighting, or sound systems.

• Vandalism, graffiti, or intentional destruction of property.

• Damage caused by fighting, reckless behavior, or misconduct.

• Excessive messes requiring extraordinary cleaning or restoration.

Attendees responsible for property damage may be required to pay the reasonable costs of repairs, replacements, cleaning, and restoration resulting from their actions, to the extent permitted by law.

Event organizers and venue management reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover these costs and report criminal property damage to law enforcement.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT PERSONAL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE YOU CAUSE TO THE VENUE OR EVENT PROPERTY.

6. PERSONAL SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

All attendees are responsible for their own behavior, personal safety, health, and belongings.

Attendees must follow all reasonable instructions provided by event organizers, venue staff, and security personnel.

Fighting, harassment, threats, violence, reckless behavior, or activities that endanger others are strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in immediate removal without a refund.

7. SECURITY & RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY

Event organizers and venue security reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees who violate event rules, refuse lawful security procedures, or create unsafe conditions, subject to applicable law.

Attendees may be required to undergo lawful security screening before entering the venue.

Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal without a refund.

8. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES, ILLNESS & INJURIES

Attendees acknowledge that injuries, illnesses, or medical emergencies may occur during an event.

Attendees are encouraged to immediately notify event staff or emergency services if assistance is required.

Event organizers do not guarantee the availability of on-site medical personnel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees accept the ordinary inherent risks of illness and injury associated with attending the event.

This provision does not waive legal duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PERSONAL PROPERTY

All attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, including phones, wallets, bags, jewelry, clothing, and other valuables.

Event organizers, staff, and venue management are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings except where liability is imposed by applicable law.

10. COMPLIANCE WITH EVENT RULES & APPLICABLE LAWS

All attendees must comply with event policies, venue regulations, applicable laws, occupancy restrictions, and any applicable age requirements.

Illegal activities, violent conduct, property destruction, or other prohibited behavior may result in immediate removal without a refund and possible involvement of law enforcement.

11. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

BY PURCHASING A TICKET AND ATTENDING THIS EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• You have read, understood, and accepted all event rules and conditions.

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled, except where otherwise required by law.

• Drugs, alcohol, and weapons are strictly prohibited.

• You voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with attending the event.

• You are responsible for your own behavior, safety, and personal belongings.

• You are financially responsible for property damage you cause to the venue or event equipment.

• You agree to follow all event rules and reasonable instructions from event staff.

• You agree to the release of liability outlined in this agreement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PURCHASING A TICKET CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
