Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase and Event Attendance

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the ticket purchaser or attendee (“You”) and Just Party (“the Organizer”), regarding your purchase of tickets and attendance at the event held at New York, NY (“the Venue”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Risks
2.1. COVID-19 Acknowledgment: You understand the ongoing risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and willingly assume all risks related to exposure by attending the event.
2.2. General Health and Safety: You agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by the Organizer and the Venue during the event.
3. Waiver and Release of Liability
3.1. Comprehensive Release: You release Just Party, its officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, and the Venue from any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from your attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, loss, or damage.
3.2. COVID-19 Specific Release: You waive any claims specifically related to COVID-19, acknowledging the inherent risks involved in attending a public event during the pandemic.
4. Ticket Purchase and Event Entry
4.1. Entry Discretion: The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees at their discretion for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, intoxication, or non-compliance with event rules.
5. Conduct at the Event
5.1. Behavior: You agree to behave respectfully and responsibly, refraining from any disruptive or illegal activities.
5.2. Alcohol and Substance Policy: You acknowledge that illegal drug use and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited and will lead to ejection from the event without refund.
6. Intellectual Property and Media
6.1. Media Rights: You consent to being filmed or photographed by the Organizer and agree that such media can be used for promotional or commercial purposes.
6.2. Personal Media Use: Any personal recordings or photographs taken at the event cannot be used for commercial purposes without the Organizer’s written consent.
7. Limitations of Liability and Indemnification
7.1. Personal Belongings: The Organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the Venue.
7.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify the Organizer and the Venue against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions at the event.
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
8.1. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while attending the event.
8.2. Force Majeure: The Organizer is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters or governmental restrictions.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New York state courts.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
